Money losing would be much more of a shock than Tyson losing to Douglas IMO

    yes, because he has the media and more haters praying on his downfall, talks more **** and the best in the sport. would be bigger than Jones losing to tarver and tyson losing to douglas combined.

    thats why he trains so hard.

    In terms of shock, nothing can top Tyson/Douglas. Anyone who was around back then(22 years ago) can't forget how HUGE of a shock that was.

    Even if Floyd had lost to Baldomir it wouldn't have been as huge.

    It's very doubtful you weren't even born when that fight happened ******. And no doubt you even know the odd for each, and just how unbeatable Tyson was then. Just do everyone a favor, do it now..

    It wouldn't be THAT shocking. It just shows that it matters to you. Every man can be beaten. You never know how styles may clash until they actually get into the ring.

    Exactly! Everyone has their revisionist history (same with the perception of Roy Jones' career), but at the time, nothing tops Douglas upsetting Tyson. They see the old, mellow fatter Tyson, and apply that vision to the 80s/early 90s.

    Well, hind sight is 20 20 right? At the time no one was expecting Tyson to lose. It was such a big upset Don King thought he could get the whole thing over turned after the fact, and alot people were buying into that ****. They couldn't believe it after watching it with their own eyes.
