    Last week my subscription ran out, but payday was not until Monday. I phoned the number and got straight through to a friendly helpful person. Her response was no problem we will sort it and hear from you on Monday.

    On Monday I phoned again and got through straight away and the girl remembered me. I renewed and got a free T shirt.

    Well done BN - Good old fashioned customer service:good

    I wanted to renew but had a new address, emailed them twice but I don't think the email address on the letter worked so they lost a subscriber in me sadly.

    I'll try again once I move after summer again
