    Our cells are mutating from the moment we are born. Our body just cleans and recycles the cells before they fully mutate and spread. One has cancer when these mutated cells have spread through an organ/area of the body.

    Pirog CAUSED the cancer in Jacobs. . . That overhand right, goodnight, caused the cells in his head, and skeleton to start rapidly dividing (which is what causes cancer). . . .

    No he wasn't hurt, and Pirog was starting to hurt Ishida badly. A lot of Ishida's work was being rolled and caught on the gloves as well.
