Floyd fans discredited Cotto more than I've seen them discredit any other fighter. They said he was damaged goods. They said he was shot. They said he was over the hill. They said he sucks. I've never seen a fighter so discredited before. From they way they described it, you'd think he's 40 years old and got massive beatings. He was bashed by every Floyd fan. Oh, yes you did. ALL OF YOU. Now, he's suddenly un-shot, undamaged, undefeated, more confident and just so amazing that you just want go homo on him. If you can't learn to be consistent, don't be boxing fans. You guys aren't even acting like boxing fans. You're a bunch of hypocrites. You guys refused to give Pac credit for beating a prime Cotto because of your Bieberdom to Floyd. Now you expect everyone to give believe your BS? Seriously? I've maintained that Cotto wasn't shot since the beginning, and guess what, I'm gonna be consistent. Cotto is not shot and is a good opponent for Floyd. But remember this, Pac beat him first and if you're going to give Floyd credit, you better give more to Pac.
Pac beat him at 145, you clown. Floyd is fighting him at 145.... wait........... I MEANT 154! Pac's win over Cotto means **** compared to if Floyd takes the win over him. Pac hasn't had a credible win since his days @ 130
:rofl TS pretty much hit the nail on the head. . . Don't be a momo. . Don't be a *******. . Be a boxing fan, keep it real.
he didnt look good in his last three fights, and confidence means alot in boxing....that loss to Margarito took alot out of him at the time tho...He is at a better weight...Cotto is a short thick, squat guy...why couldnt he just fight at 147 and Cotto was the belt holder...at least at this point he is coming off a big career win, and just beat two other former champions right before
cotto is shop worn. going into the first fight with margarito i knew that it was the kind of fight that would diminish both...and that neither would be the same afterwards. his fight with margarito softened him up for pac. his lack of a real trainer in the pac fight coupled with the catchweight did a number on him. in freddie roach's own words..."we'll beat cotto because there is no one there to correct his mistakes." i didn't think cotto was shot after the pac fight...but i didn't think he could get back to what he was prior to the margarito fight. he needed a major overhaul...and that has taken place with steward and his new trainer diaz. they corrected issues with his balance and footwork. he's throwing punches in very nice combinations and he's turning over his hook really nice. physically....he's diminished....but skill wise...he may be the best he's ever been at this point. with that said...this version of cotto could beat the pac that beat him. i'm picking cotto to upset floyd this weekend. i see a lot of things that lead me to believe this.
Just make sure you tell the *******s the same thing, when discussing the fighters that Floyd beat first. In regards to your last sentence:good

Cotto moved up because he couldn't compete at 147. And his still a small jr. welter coming in 2 lbs below the limit for the Margarito fight. Cotto lost to Pac legit. Keep on hating.
