Jackie Robinson, the first professional black baseball player came in Montreal in the 1940's with the Royaux, a minor league team. Montreal was the only city where he could play. He always said how the people here were open and generous with him. He was the star here. In USA, he would have received rocks and insults.

Racism exist everywhere but black people from Quebec say that they didn't know what racism was before going out of Quebec, especially in USA. That being said, there is still work to do, Quebec is not perfect.

I don't think so. There's a black hockey player named P.K. Subban who plays for the Montreal Canadians and he was massively popular in his rookie season, two years ago. He didn't have a great second year (as the rest of the team) so he's not as popular now, but my point remains. I've got black friends who lived in other countries and they all love it here.

bute is also the better fighter with better skills, pascal needs to use his mouth to make up for the lack of skills, dont get me wrong pascal is good, but over hyped if you ask me
