    I sometimes wonder if Floyd has any idea how badly he shoots himself in the foot when he says things off the cuff.

    With this health things, for example, if he's not taking the Pac fight because that fights makes him fear for his health, then logically, every fight that he does take is one where he doesn't have any fears about his health or the other guy's ability to hurt him.

    Therefore, any he does take is a bull**** fight that he's absolutely certain he can win without any risk. So why should anyone except his hardcore fans pony up $50-60 to buy a PPV of his fights when they can see it on regular HBO a week later?

    Floyd lets his mouth run so far away from him that it takes money out of his own pocket.

    Espn took those quotes out of context. He was speaking in regards to drug testing. Go look at the scene for the full interview.
