Not really, he's arguing a good point. Ward could easily move up to 175 but instead is choosing to drain his opponent. Just because Chad Dawson said he would move down to 168 doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do, Floyd could easily have brought Cotto down to 147 for his advantage but he did the right thing and moved up.

What do you know about the weight Ward can effectively make. Hes a SMW, its up to him if he want to move up.

For the fight to get made someone has to move up or someone has to move down, its up to Dawson and Ward here on what they want to do, if he chooses not to move up then he is not ducking Dawson. There are still fights to be made at SMW and he holds are the cards if this fight is going to happen.
