It simply means that ONE COMPANY would pay him 32million or more regardless whether the fight makes that one.

What company guaranteed the purse again? Is it GBP or Mayweather's promotion? because if Gayweather promotion failed to provide that money, would Gayweather sue the gayweather promotion?

why didn't floyd guarantee 50 or 100mil for himself????....that would have been the sensible thing to do since it's much more than 32mil.

The only money that has actual guarantee is Cotto's purse because that requires a bond to be deposited. but Gayweather's would not require one since he is alsothe promoter.

 

which means floyd's guarantee to himself is worthless.

 

Not sure how true,but I read before that HBO would be involved when it comes to Floyds guarantee's.
