    Understood! ;)

But this is where a great Coach comes in, when his student is failing to do something and is losing. A great Coach is also a motivator and the one that catches his pupil's errors and quickly corrects them. A great Coach can turn it around in a couple of seconds!

One great example that comes to mind: " The Chinese have completely dominated table tennis for about 30 years now ". They are known to have the best Coaches and trainers in the World!

In many instances where a match has been " extremely tight " all they do is take a quick 1 minute break, talk to their Coach and when they come back wham, they easily take the lead and leave their opponent in the dust!

This is a great example of a great Coach! ;)

Yes a great coach can turn it around in a couple of second but only if his athlete can deliver.

Robert Garcia was giving Rios great advice against Abril. "Move your head" "use your jab" "step back, and move around him"...

But his athlete Rios just wasn't capable of doing so or was so angry in there that it clouded his mindstate. When Garcia give the same type of advice to Donaire or Mikey Garcia, they actually execute. :hey

    Totally true.

This is where a great Coach steps up above other Coaches and does something to get his student going!

The great Cuban Coach Alcides Sagarra was known to even " slap " his fighters in the face when they didn't listen! Sagarra was known to have a major temper and he showed it. On one acassion he slapped legendary Cuban Teofilo Stevenson ( 6'6 monster ) in the face to wake him up and get him to execute his gameplan!

Robert Garcia should've " slapped " Rios! :yep

Both would get credit. Cotto would get the major accolades, but in the post fight interviews, he would say he owes it all to Pedro.

Obviously Diaz doens't know **** and is a **** poor coach using your reasoning. Since you say the coach should get most of the credit, then fine. Diaz is the reason Cotto lost. :rofl
