I didn't claim Manny to be a cheat bc of Floyd. I was suspect of Manny for his actions regarding the request. Needles, weak for 3 days so can't spar, just doesn't want to be tested the day of but turns down 14, wanted to know when the testers would show up.

 

yeah if you suspect pacquiao of using PEDs, we can also suspect floyd of deliberately choosing this type of gloves to gain an advantage to cut cotto up.

also the big difference was that floyd was caught and pac was just pure accusations.
