Why are some people saying that Mayweather-Cotto was close?

I had it 7-5 for Void. Cotto bloodied Voids' nose and mouth, had some good rounds. Void's personal judges are a disgrace. Pac will stop Void and Martinez would totally dominate Void...............

I feel it all went pretty much to plan for Floyd and team Mayweather. He seems to be tryin to do something about being labelled boring and too defensive by making it more of a fight and you do that against fighters at this level and your guna get tagged and bloodied. But he was never hurt, never outboxed and all in all did a very good job of making Cotto run out of ideas by the mid point of the fight.

    mhmmnn..

    1. Because they are jealous, delusional, sad individuals. They don't want to give Mayweather his props.
    2. Because they dont know **** about boxing.

This post appears to be the most unbiased. One of the only ones here. This fight was definitely close. The first 3 rounds were swing rounds although I slightly favour Floyd in those rounds. Cotto took the bulk of the middle rounds imo. A few of them convincingly too. Floyd finished stronger and took 2 of the last 3 rounds especially the last round. No doubt about that one.

I can't wait for Vitali to grow some nuts and get retired by the Pride of London...

You will die a painful death that night.

So basically it's unbiased because it falls in line with your thinking. The majority of folks see Cotto winning 3-4 rounds at most. Majority rules.

I'm not biased in the slightest. I just can't see how this fight was close.

You sound like a ****ing fool.

That fight was 10-2 or 9-3. No doubt about it. If you gave him 4 Rounds you were generous. Anything more than that is a ****ing disgrace.

Let's not kid ourselves. A bunch of butthurt ***gits are mad that Floyd whipped his ass convicncingly while fighting Cotto's kind of fight. I'm not a Floyd fanatic, but some of you people are so ****ing dense it's amazing.

I haven't seen the opinions of the majority yet, I've only just looked into this thread and the 10-2 scores are absurd.
