Pac didn't lose to JMM. He struggled with JMM and won a controversial decision.

Just like Pac has something that Floyd don't have, Floyd also has something that Pac didn't have. He is matched up better because of styles and he had a height & length advantage over JMM, not to mention no making weight.

Talk about dumb. If Pac punches twice as hard as Marquez, and punch output was equal, that means Pac DOMINATED Marquez. Didnt you learn any Math in school, pencil-neck?

And yet you have many Top Trainers and Fighters say JMM won at least one of those fights if not more.

They were good fights. Close fights. That's for sure. So I could care less who won. I enjoyed those fights as a fan of boxing.

******* logic had Pac beating MAB, Morales, Hatton, DLH, Cotto, Clottey, Mosley, and Mayweather even before the idea became self-evident in the boxing world's opinion.

    OWNED. :hi:

Coz PAC fought a much better and stronger MARQUEZ. Not the bloated one that FLOYD fought plus FLOYD was over the contracted weight which was a big advantage for FLOYD

You have to be really dumb to think anybody whipped anybody's ass in any of the three fights.

All three were razor close, JMM's four visits to the canvas notwithstanding.

Then why wasn't anyone screaming immediate rematch at 147?

    :think

    Don't be clueless.

Why did they insist on the catchweight if it meant nothing. They do it for dumbass casual fans who don't realize how much that **** matters.

Cotto was already striggling to make 147. And then he had to be in training camp worrying about another couple of pounds... It definitely had an effect.

PC: Was coming down to 145 tougher than you thought it would be since you hadn’t weighed 145 or less since 2006?

MC: I felt really good at that weight. It wasn’t a problem for me.

As the man said, it was one pound less than his previous bout.

Given the way the bout unfolded, do you seriously think that pound would have changed the outcome ?

But you're right about the psychological effect. It was a head game.

Sort of like trying to unilaterally impose new drug testing rules.

    A head game.

Pacquiao fought a weight drained Cotto, Mayweather did not.

Not only that. He also did much much better of beating Oscar, Hatton and Mosley in one sided fashion. I dont think this were just a coincidence. Which showed Pac is a much better fighter than Floyd although Floyd has the better set of skills.
