I'm tired of reading posts that Miguel Cotto who fought Floyd Mayweather would win over Pacquioa.. And I strongly disagree.. :bart

I want to hear your thoughts on how you came up with this..
Unless you just want to discredit Pac's win over Cotto because we all know that Floyd did not dominate him.. :patsch

What happens to style makes fight? Just because he did better on someone doesn't mean he could have done better with the previous ones.. :bart

    Let's do this.. :welcome

styles make fights and i think manny could still probably beat cotto but he wouldn't beat this Cotto the way he beat the weight drained 144lb Cotto. Basically the fight wouldnt have been stopped...

Even Roach admitted that anybody they fight they will make sure they have an advantage dont matter if its making them come up, a catchweight, ect they will have some advantage before the fight is signed

Do Pac fans understand the difference between fighting weight, and walk around weight?

Do they understand that some of these guys dont drink water for the week leading up to the fight just to barely make the weight limit?

A catchweight is a big deal

Still gets cut up, knocked down and even possibly knocked out. Leaky defense is leaky defense, and i said this would play a major part in him getting beat by Floyd, and I was right.

I haven't heard any complain from Cotto that the catchweight really drained him off.. It only goes to show that 145 lbs during that time doesn't really matter for Cotto.. :smoke
