wtf do you think? THE Cash King = Floyd, P4P #1 = Floyd, Legacy wise = Floyd.

Manny ranks @ 43-46 at ATG
    Floyd 25-28

The amount of $$$ Floyd made last night speaks for itself.
Meanwhile Arum has Pacquiao on the track getting that doe!

Yes Floyd needs Pacquaio more at this point, I truly feel he won't be able to get up for any other name at this point, as of now he's trying to fight the best, to motivate him to fight, jumping into weight classes he has no business in. Last night he was pretty much toying with Cotto, and taking unnecessary risk because he was bored and had little respect for Cotto and to test himself, that'll eventually get a fighter clipped over time, Manny on the other hand is content with fighting opponents out of his class and riding into the sunset

After last night Manny needs Floyd. Floyd seemed to have crossed over once again to casual fans. Not only did he fight his ass off against a tough guy, he also showed maturity with the way he went about with Merchant and the entire hbo staff. Also bringing Beiber out probably has some young teenage white chicks wanting to watch his next fight to see Beiber with the Money Team. lmao Then you have to look at how much Floyd made and this event should produce huge numbers. People walk away from this fight wanting to see Floyd fight again. Nobody complained. Even had *******s giving him props and you know hell froze over with that.

I see it a very difficult task for Pacquiao-Bradley to even begin match this event.

Immediately, Floyd has more options moving up to fight guys like Martinez, Cotto at 154 who he just fought, Canelo down the line, Khan down the line, and maybe a few others. Manny can draw from the 140 crowd (like Bradley) and fight Marquez again, but I'm not sure people want to see much of that before long. As far as legacy goes, I think Pacquiao will be viewed more favorably, and Mayweather will get hassled more for the rest of his life if it never gets made, but in the short-term of their career, Pac has fewer options.

I wouldn't say either need the other as they both will make money and go down in the hall of fame but i want the fight to happen just to give us what we want to see.

    Mayweather wins by the way

they both need each other. but it has more to do with boxing's credibility than anything else.
we have to get use to fighters milking the system, because the system is corrupt and that isnt going to change

Agreed. Top Rank has dropped the ball on the Bradley-Pac bout. Maybe its just still early and they have something planned but I haven't seen **** about that fight on tv except for a weak ass promo. The sad thing is that if that fight doesn't do well Floyd's ego is going to grow and he will not budge on the money at all. Hopefully we get it. I think Manny might have problems with Bradley big time though. I use to think he would wipe the floor with him but that changed.

Does the catfish want to get paid or not? Pac-EE-oww needs Money way more than Money needs him. Money just made over 20 mil in a glorified sparring session. Pacc-ee-ow could double that with Floyd.

Both don't need eachother. That's the problem.
