Who would majority of UK support: Khan, or Mayweather?

    Bahh! That's ok, Khan FEEDS off the hate! He FEEDS off it!

    He's not some arrogant *****. . He's just confident, and it comes off as cocky. . How can you say Khan is a **** based on his behavior (cockiness) out of hte ring, AND NOT say Floyd is? LOL WUT?!? If the reason u don't like Khan is because of his behavior, then HOW CAN U LIKE FLOYD?!

    And Floyd is a "yank", while Khan is a "brit". . Mayweather epitomizes American boxing. . . . And he's patriotic too :lol: That's gotta be a rarity for majority of englishmen to support a patriotic, cocky yank :blood


    I'd like to see it take place in England too, I love the energetic fans - Wembley would be CRUCIAL. . . but it never will. . No matter how many seats they could fill, the time difference wouldn't be ideal for American PPV, which is where he makes his money. . . UNLESS, just maybe, if they could still fill the seats like that by hosting the fight at like 2, 3 AM English time. . . THAT would be awesome!

    I know, I'm not the patriotic type either, really. . Khan is probably my favorite fighter, and I'm American. . I'd cheer for him over American fighters. . .


    I just don't see how one can dislike Khan based on his out of the ring behavior (cockiness?) but at the same time, NOT hold it against Mayweather?

    Me myself i would support Khan

    But ill say this , i was present for Khan Prescott and Khan McCloskey , and the fans (that being the majority) where there to see Khan lose , the McCloskey thing can be excused he is Irish and the fight was in Manchester , but the modest crowd at the Prescott fight where jumping for joy (overtly too) when Khan was flattened !!!!!

    If a superstar like Floyd camt to England for Khan , id say the public would be going to see Khan get his ass whooping not to see if Khan pulls of an upset :deal

    Floyd. Have followed him for years, love watching his fights and look forward to his future fights. I like Khan as a fighter, and enjoyed his fights against Maidana, Judah and Peterson and I remember watching him at the Olympics. However, I'm a big fan of Money May.

    Floyd would have his supporters from the hardcore segment and a bit from the casuals. The remaining - rest of casuals and general public (who don't know who Mayweather is) - would be with Khan.

    I'd back Khan, I dont particularly like him but I generally always support UK fighters against other nationalities.

    I'm under no illusions he would win though, I'd put money on Floyd stopping him.
