At the fight last night I gave Cotto 5 rounds. Maybe because of all the Floyd haters hyping up every punch Cotto threw. I rewatched the fight on youtube, and gave Cotto only the 6th. The 7th and 8th are questionable because Cotto put in some work just before the bell, but floyd controlled 3/4 of all those rounds. After watching it again I realized other than the jab, and hook that broke his nose he didn't really land anything flush. The other punches were touching glove.
It's your opinion and I respect it. I gave Cotto 3 but will watch again to monitor rounds 6, 8 and 9 which were the ones I gave him.
Cotto(e) won two rounds. If you score pushing then I could possibly give him a third. But if you judge by clean, effective blows then no more than 2.
Same here. In addition, the 3rd was very close as well and I would not have a problem if anyone gave a good argument and gave Cotto that round.
You could give him the 8th based on aggression, and forcing the action. They landed the same amount of effective clean shots though
6...I wanna give him 8 but I've watched the fight 4 times now and that round was damn there even I personally favored Cotto in that round so he won 2 rounds on my scorecard. I thought the fight was closer watching it live and Cotto did land some solid body shots but he still only won 2 rounds
