Why was Cotto so much easier for Pacquiao than he was for Mayweather?

    I repeat:

******* response: Pacquiao is just that much better than Floyd

    ***** response: Pacquiao drained Cotto.

    Boxing fan response: Stylistic dynamics.

and exactly where the **** did i say that again, ******?

That dumb ******* was saying how Pacquiao does better against similiar opponents of Mayweather, yet he conviniently decides to leave out the Marquez fight, Who is pretty much the best opponent they have in common.

I have been saying Floyd would school the hell out of Manny before even the 3rd Marquez fight.

cotto surprised me. he did better than i thought he would. he was more technical. in the pac fight he was brawling with pac. this one, he used his head. floyd always has a tougher time with guys who think in there.

The weight and the 10 once gloves made the difference IMO.

I'd like to see how pac would do at 154 with 10 once gloves, different fight IMO.

"Younger"..."Fresher"...sounds like Teddy Atlas ******-Speak to me.

Cotto was very well prepared to face Floyd...No excuses. I am proud to be a Cotto supporter, And I support Pedro Diaz, too.

Now...it's stylistically where things matter. Pac ran straight at Cotto and made WAR. Pac did a lot more damage to Cotto than Mayweather did, but he took a lot of damage, too - and this is the difference between the Pacman and Mayweather. Pacman is a well-trained Kamikaze Pilot when the mood strikes him - and this fact has always intimidated Floyd.

Lol damn you really are confident, eh!

You seem to be pretty knowledgeable, being neither a Turd nor momo, so I'm a little nervous. . . .

Can't wait for that fight. . . REDEMPTION. . . REDEMPTION. . . Revenge is a dish best served cold, and May 19th, Khan is serving it on the rocks. . . .

I don't think so. . . Cotto might survive to the final bell - well he probably would have last time, but he'll visibly take the shots a little better, maybe, and not suffer KD's . .

But it'll still be Pacquiao beating him to the punch, and then taking 10-20 second breaks each round simply putting his ear muffs up, and letting Cotto wail away, but not really making clean contact.

Also, at 154, Cotto won't have that speed, which he so desperately needs against Pac. . .

    one thing is a fact.

for floyd to have the win against pac, he still need to do it in the ring.

    hypothetical wins don't count.

As much as Pac fans want to avoid the "catch weight" issue keep doing so,there is a reason why Roach would ONLY fight Cotto at a catch weight" along with other obvious reasons stated,Pac's style of output, bouncing worked with a guy like Cotto
