Nobody ever suggested that Money May was invincible. Stop inventing things for the sake of argument.

This is my last word on the matter.

Until the WBO, WBC and IBO gets more credibility and get the managers and athletes out of the match making business no-one will really ever know who the 1 and 2 ranked Welterweights and P4P boxers are.

    There will be more confusion.

In my own opinion the only way to know who is 1 and 2 is to fight the fight and that should be at the discretion of the appropriate boxing commission or organization. Otherwise the organizations or commissions have no credibility or control over their own sporting events or staff. Be it the fighters or the managers.

You left out the fact that Mayweather was injured when he fought Castillo the 1st time. Cool...

It comfirmed what many real boxing already fans knew: Pacquiao's h2h does very poorly at the higher weights.

He won a wide decision against the man ranked no.1 in the division ABOVE the one that Floyd is comfortable at.

He took a top class champ,in Cotto, who has a fine resume, has world champs in 3 weight classes and beat him in a wide decision.

Why would last night change perceptions?

Cotto showed that it is very possible to win rounds off Mayweather by volume and in-fighting. His problem was stamina. He gassed and gave away every round from the ninth onwards.

Pac does not gas. Pac is going to do what Cotto did for for twelve rounds. Pac is going to beat Mayweather on volume alone in a close decision, mark my words.

Right, because Pacquiao can drive back and keep Mayweather on the ropes with his large body. LMAO

God damn Puerto Rico is sopping moist these days.

It certainly would've looked better had he dominated Cotto from start to finish. But it's clear he's lost some of his speed and reflexes. The Ortiz fight hid this flaw but a world class fighter like Cotto exposed this fact. Floyd still put a beating on Cotto. Had this been a 15 rounder like the old days, does anyone doubt Floyd stops him before the distance?

But clearly doesn't belong above 140lbs.

At 147lbs, Manny would get ****ed up by many of the past Welters.
