    I didn't enjoy seeing Mosley like that, I must admit.

    I can understand that. I'm a long time Shane fan myself, and I hope he walks away after that. It was tough watching him take that kind of punishment, but at the same time Shane put forth a spirited brave effort, and it's not a bad note to bow out on. Age caught up with him, but he still managed to exhibit a great deal of warrior heart, and I admired that aspect of his performance. There was no quit in him.

    True, at no time did he just "lay down".

    I really hope this penance was enough and he's welcomed back into the fold at GBP. I know he pissed Oscar off, but I think he paid his price and should at least have the opportunity to make a good living w/ the company.

    Shane always wanted to fight the best, too. Even when it was not necessarily in his best interest to do so.
