Sergio via being bigger, stronger, faster, more awkard, and a harder hitter.

Please make this fight. It'd be great. Best possible without Pac.

If Mayweather can't stop Cotto from coming forward, Martinez won't have any problem of getting in the face of Floyd, push him in the ropes, and bombs away.. :yep

Mayweather won't be able to escape Martinez inside the ring with speed alone.. :nono Can't see Martinez getting a big disadvantage in that area..

I can see Martinez taking too many punches and returning everything in double.. Twice the number and twice the power.. :hey

I was actually surprised by Floyds inability to keep Cotto off of him. Cotto backed off of Floyd in the latter parts of the fight (I can imagine keeping that pressure on someone as hard to hit as Floyd is exausting), which allowed Floyd to regain control. Again, Cotto backed off, Floyd really didnt do anything to back him off, he just capitalized and started picking him off again. Cotto showed us the cliched "blueprint"...a good strong jab (he was nailing Floyd regularly with it) and intelligent pressure, throwing combination punches when you back him up. Honestly if Cotto had the stamana of someone like Pacquiao, Floyd would have been in some trouble

Martinez would simply be too much for him. He would back Floyd up and eat him up with combinations

Sergio fights nothing like Cotto he's a counter puncher, I'll take Floyd in a majority decision, but really Sergio is too big, he needs to fight the top young contenders at 160 and the legitimate 154 top guys, it's odd that Martinez is the only middle weight calling out welter weights like Floyd and Pac, it's like Bute calling out Canelo doesn't make sense....

Beating Sergio doesn't do anything for Floyd's legacy, he's not a draw, hasn't beat any hall of fame A level type fighters, Martinez is a waste of time, he'll be calling out jmm next probably

If Martinez shouldnt fight Floyd than Floyd shouldnt fight Pac :hi:
    Pacquiao is too small

Its always if this, if that, Cotto was fatiged because he took some good stiff jabs, crosses and uppercuts to the body, he took some hard head shots aswell, not only that floyd aslo backed Miguel up too, Pac fights nothing like Miguel, he has now jab, no inside game, shorter arms, not big enough or strong enough to employ the type of fight plan Miguel had, and sergio is just a counter puncher who doesnt have Cottos style either...

What if floyd wasnt sick, didnt have a bad wrist, what if he could have had 8oz gloves or if he could have foought at 147, we could go on and on with ifs but the fact is Floyd beat Cotto convincingly and just because he didnt force a stoppage like Pac doesnt mean **** i only gave cotto two rounds, but look at it this way floyd shut jmm out and pac arguably lost at least two fights against him but styles make fights it means nothing, sergio struggle with inferior fighters compared to floyd so i wouldnt doubt floyd could ud his welter weight chasing ass...
