    What I'd really like to know is why didn't Pacquiao fight Cotto @ 147 back in 2009?

    Because he had never fought @147 before and Cotto isn't some bum.

    he only weighed in at 138 for a 140 fight before the talk of fighting cotto.

    I think pac shouldnt fight cotto at 154 for the same reasons floyd shouldnt fight say martinez at 160.

    Both would be trying to make an unrealistic weight as pacs top weight is around 147 and floyds most likely 150-154 imo.

    Wouldn't even fight him at 147. Says more about Pacquiao than Cotto's overrated performance against Mayweather.

    Yup it's the style, Cotto is more comfortable on slow pace match, Cotto beating a one leg b level Foreman and shot Mayorga does not prove a thing..
