Floyd offered a cutoff. Pac denied. Floyd then said no cutoff since Pac screwed around and Mosley went through it. Pac then said he'd do 14, but Floyd wasn't offering that anymore.

Then Floyd offered Pac a smaller cut AFTER Pac said he'd accept a smaller cut to get the fight made.
