How did you score the fight?

7-5, gave Cotto 2 very close rounds though. Can't see myself giving Cotto more than 5 rounds. It's the most he could have won, period.

 

I consider 8-4 close if there are lots of swing rounds. But I hear what you're saying.

 

I don't..7-5 is close..6-5-1...is 30-13 close in football...8-3-1 even ...and lets not forget the judges scorecard exist with the consensus view...on all forums, it's viewed as a 9-3 type of fight..i just have it closer than the consenus view at 8-3-1 even.

 

Maybe competitive is the word I am looking for. I think Cotto won 4-5 rounds, 3 at very least. I felt the 10-2 cards were a total joke.

118-110. No problem with 117-111. 116-112 is okay as well but a bit too close imo.

I said the 10-2 cards were bad. I didn't say the 9-3 card was bad. I always believed in the, "close rounds go to the champ" method of scoring.

there was only one 118-110 or 10-2 card. You put card"s" not card.

8-3-1 even is the best way to score this fight...

 

It's near impossible to give Cotto more than 4 rounds while being objective. It was a competitive fight but pretty wide for Floyd.

 

Ugh, I keep forgetting there was only one 10-2 card. But yeah, I think it was closer than that.
