60/40 is a dumb idea and I doubt they really even offered it. According to team Dapidran, they do not even know who to talk to regarding the fight. Arum would have those judges bought off in a heart beat.

 

Exactly, the sad is really sad. Floyd is actually helping the man out by trying to cut Arum out of the picture, but he is too stupid or too ****ed contractually by Arum to see it or act on it.

 

This fight will make over 100 million easy IMO.

source on this exact percentage? 20% for arum seems realistic. 10% for roach is a bit big but still believable, probably around 5-8%. 10% for koncz is too big when he is not even pac's manager. i believe he is getting a regular/fixed cut. i could also believe the other part that pac is getting some advance. even floyd does that when he has problem with IRS.

 

See I think 50/50 is okay bc I am a fan. These guys are doing business so they are going to use logic and numbers to decide who deserves more and those numbers favor Floyd. Now what ever that split is should be decided by the guys who actually negotiate. Arum needs to lock himself in a room with Shaefer and the mediator and go to work. Come up with several different options to approach their client with. You are basing your opinion off emotions and you don't do that in business.

 

Ariza gets paid on top of that, then there's is Buboy and all those assistants.

no. for big fights, they could contract trainers and give them fix fee like let's say $1M. did you forgot how roach got the coaching job for the hoya-mayweather fight?
