I've only ever sparred but I'm like a much more lanky version of Paulie Malignaggi, reflex based defence but still easy to tag, also got the extremely brittle hands with not much power.

In sport I was never the biggest or strongest , but I was quick with good reflexes and always remained calm in tough situations. However that translates. Was a golf pro for a few years on another note.
