Hell Corley, Jesus Chavez and Augustus were competitive with PBF but still got beat by a wide UD or stopped.:deal Cotto gave PBF a tough fight but that doesn't mean he didn't lose clearly by wide UD.:deal Cotto was competitive but there was never any doubt that PBF was in control and was winning the fight going away. It WAS a clear Floyd win. Nobody is disputing that. But there were more than 2 Cotto rounds, and that is also just as clear. I had it 8-4.

When Manny Pacquiao signed to fight Cotto, Every single one of the Mayweather fans here was talking about how he was shot washed up, didnt have it anymore....

Now all the sudden the shot washed up guy rebounded since that fight, got a win over Margarito, and moved on to this fight in which he fought his ass off.

Knowing what these fanboys said about Cotto they are likely not going to bend when they have a case, and lets face it they do have a case lots and lots of close rounds in there, so dont expect them to bend, after all they were talking mad **** about Cotto being this shot fighter when Pac fought him..

there is no way they will admit that this shot fighter made for a tough fight with their boy, which is also why you hear about the catchweight, they use that to up the status of the Floyd Cotto fight.

The reality is very simple though they continue to pretend like its a real factor here, when you have two fighters who agree to a catchweight then alls fair in love and war.

What people should focus on rather, is if two fighters agree to a catch weight, do both men honor that contract and honor the sport by making the weight? and if not why should they gain an ounce of credit for the win especially if someone has moved up two divisons and your the bigger guy..

You see its funny to me how they want to talk about Mannys catchweights, but the fighters agree both sides make the weight and the fights go on...
