Kahn, Berto, Alvarez, Ortiz, long shot Martinez these are the viable PPV opponents...

    Left for Paquiao and Mayweather,,,,I forgot to add Marquez for Pac and well Martinez is an outside chance/slim for Mayweater......

    I dont know about everyone else but the sooner Kahn gets blasted to bits the better,,,,,Berto is **** PPV and Ortiz isnt really going to turn any heads either

    there arent a lot off PPV chances out there for these two as Alvarez according to DLH is not ready for Mayweather. Maybe the fight happens once they run out of opposition? thoughts

    If they are coming off a bad performance and they can sign with Top Rank or are already with Top Rank they will fight Manny next :deal

    Even if Pac demolishes Tim, it's still unlikely Floyd will face him.

    I don't see Mayweather fighting again this year unless it's against Pacquiao. Who wants to take a step backwards at age 35 when you're on top of the mountain?

    they said the last few weeks of camp Mayweather was saying he has nothing to prove after cotto and he would probably retire if he could not get the Manny fight

    I don't know if he'll retire for good, but he won't be back in the fall unless it's Pacquiao. If he beats Pacquiao, he can retire with no question marks. Beating those other guys doesn't do much for him.

    I like Mike Jones. . . Like his style of boxing - that tall, rangy outside fighter who has hop in his step, pumps lots of jabs, and has a general high punch output all while boxing off the back foot.

    But if another 40-50 millino payday presents itself with a Khan, or Alvarez fight, I'm sure he might reconsider. . .

    I really think these are the only two guys who can generate the kind of money Floyd wants.

    Yeah but he's not a draw and does nothing for legacy. I would like to see Jones-Alvarez but that won't happen since gbp and tr.

    yeah. . way too many dynamics working against that potential fight. . .


    i could see pac/jones happening if pac decides to fight on past 2012. . . could even see a situation where arum would "want" Jones to win, and make him the new PPV draw in place of Pacquiao. . If he doesn't already have those intentions with Bradley.
