Paquiao was 16 when he debuted at light flyweight, he was 20 when he has his last fight at flyweight, which he was overweight for.

I know its possible Mayweather started at 106 when he was 16 just like Pacquiao. Sam Langford went from Lightweight to knocking out lightweights to knocking out heavyweights (while being almost blind). People did not believe Pacquiao was on PEDs until they saw how he handled the accusations. every one of his people had a different excuse and he didn't want to take the tests. like i said Mayweather started at 106 as well jsut in the amateurs but he is willing to take the tests

Also when Marquez got his conditioning coach (former creator of 20 PED's) he was questioned by many including the Pacquiao camp. But one a press conference he clearly said if you doubt me I am willing to take all the tests there are and noone questioned him anymore. If Pacquiao would have done the same the fight would have happened and no one would doubt him

back where I was before, to be top of the plateau. I have a six fight plan and this is my second one.

“I will say Manny is a great fighter but I look back and he would give me any weight allowance in our second and third bouts when they knew I couldn’t make 130 pounds. Pacquiao demanded weight penalties of $500,000 for each pound.

Nobody is going to answer you

People cannot and will not be objective when it comes down to Manny. EVER. The fact is when you call people out on the imbalance of power they ignore it.

Manny can have all the stipulations in the world and people will accept it but if Floyd asks for a OSBT he's wrong. Only cheaters hate methods that can prove them to be cheaters.

Actually, the Nevada State Athletic Commission sided with Pac on this issue. They did a study 2 years ago that deemed blood testing to be unnecessary and potentially hazardous to fighters who already stand to lose more blood in a fight. Pac's issue with the tests was always the loss of blood, not fear of getting caught with PEDs. The only substance that can be detected in blood and not urine is HGH. A post fight blood test would be sufficient. Even Amir Khan says they only took blood tests in the Olympics after you are eliminated from competition, and not before.

So you feel that an OSBT doesn't do anything for cheaters nor does it accurately measure it?
