What happened to the first Floyd-JMM negotiation of 143/144? It got dumped because Floyd cant make that weight. Therefore, Pac needs to make sure Floyd can make weight at at CONTRACTED WEIGHT, be it 106, 160 or 147, as long as they agree on the weight stipulation. above that, then there goes the penalty.

Pac missed weight before, but he paid the price by being stripped off his belt, and getting KTFO.

No no, let's not make it about Floyd. Why did he do it for Oscar and Morales?

Since you seem to think his overweight penalties only started in 2010, which is false.

I'm not against the penalty, your justification for it is what is intriguing.

According to this article, it wasn't Pac who walked away.

Mayweather is scared of Manny Pacquiao period. The drug testing is all bull****. Fernando Vargas was on steroids and was shredded when he fought Oscar De La Hoya, but guess what the outcome was? So forget the drug bull**** Mayweather. Get some guts and fight. Your excuses are all bull**** because you're gutless. Manny Pacquiao is without a doubt the best of this era period!!!!!!

Based on what precedent form a fighter who had completed and passed every sanctioned drug test for his entire career?

Props for having an open mind. Alot of people get blinded by favoritism and wont admit it, let alone post about it.

There's something to be said about precedence. Even before this whole testing issue came up with blood, Pac years before went on Flip TV explaining how blood taken at the day of the fight with Morales weakened him. So there's history there. It's not that he didn't want to be tested, he just didn't want to be tested too close to the day of the fight. Rational or not, it did happen and he has a right to voice his concern...he is a superstitious dude. Something tells me, Floyd gotten a hold of this lil bit of Pac history and ran away with it...being the ******* that he is. What I'm trying to say is, if you have prior history or issue then you can understand where he's coming from. IT DOESN"T MEAN HE"S HIDING PED PELLETS IN HIS ARMPITS. And it's not like a postfight blood test wouldn't catch it if he were juicing the week of the fight.

If you're clean why would you turn down a simple blood test?

Are you saying Pac is that much weaker than Mosley, Ortiz, Canelo, Berto, Khan, etc?

Maybe he felt Pac was on something NSAC could not detect. Why is it so bad to ask for it? No other fighter had a problem.

What precedent did Pac have to demand penalties on Oscar and Morales?
