reason was stated as far back as 3 years before floyd ask pac for osdt.

your/these questions are annoying as they have been debated to death here.

So what was it? Was pac afraid of needles, did the blood weaken him, did he not want to bend to Floyd's demands, did they not trust USADA, was it against his religion, or the smear lawsuit?

They made up enough excuses to avoid it, so pick one.

It doesn't have to be one. It realy is a combination. I think he really felt taking blood too close to the fight weakens him (see Morales postfight interviews), he didn't wanna bend over for Floyd (egos, him being a ppv star himself)....and really, it's a big "go **** yourself" after the crackweather's unfounded steroid allegations.

floyd bitched out when the fight was hot and the world wanted to see it...twist the story as you will in 2012......if floyd wanted it, floyd would have made it happen. PERIOD

Because it isn't required, because Floyd NEVER tok those tests, because they made public accusations against him and he probably didn't feel the jump through hoops for. How ****in new to boxing are you?

Great...another bandwagoner know it all Floyd fanboys...

A lot of the allegations didn't come until after Pacquiao declined. What did he expect was going to happen.

If he had taken the test none of the smearing would have happened at all.

in 2006 or 7, pac stated a belief that losing blood 2 days before the fight against morales weakened him.

now, where is your source that pac ever claimed of being scared of needles?

Jump through hoops? Everything was agreed on and Floyd was taking the test also.

Why is it jumping through hoops?

Not apologizing for Floyd at all, because I don't think he wants the fight right now.

There were small whispers about Pac's PED use but nothing concrete.

Then he declined, and it blew up. Were you surprised?
