Don't play stupid with me. Of course Floyd HAS to take EXTRA (read that again...EXTRA) tests he asks for.

ANd as I posted before, Floyd could have easily petitioned the NSAC for the tests, where Arum stated he'd go with the commsion's request. The questions you ask tell us all you really need to catch up and get up to date.

you mean overweight penalties against oscar 147 and morales 130? What's wrong with overweight penalties? Or are you infavor of the Guzman/Rios style of failing to make the contracted weight? What's your point?

Universally, if you fail on an agreed weight, you get either stripped off the title and/or fined.

Floyd agreed to everything. Pacquiao didn't.

pacquiao almost cancelled the Hatton fight when he didn't get it 100% his way as well. But Hatton is more of a fighter than Pac so he gave a little in negotiations.

I said nothing was wrong with overweight penalties. But Pac had no precedence to ask for them with Oscar and Morales.

Why did Pac ask for it though? Why is it ok for him to ask for outlandish things? Weird how no one can answer that yet.

Maybe? If he wants to make fighters clean, he should have petitioned NSAC to make more stringent drug tests and is on par with the standards of USADA/WADA and other drug testing facilities, rather than extra test which came from USADA or WADA.

He's either a noob or a troll. Either way, he is pretty clueless.

    Outlandish?

And you mean it was Pacquiao who dictates the Oscar negotiation? Care to elaborate of wise, gentle scholar?

He doesn't want to make fighters clean, he wanted to make sure Pacquiao and he were clean for their fight, like Pacquiao wanted to make sure they were equal at weigh - ins.

Why doesn't Pacquiao commission NSAC on their overweight penalties if he wants to avoid being at a size disadvantage?

Did I say Manny dictated? The difference between Oscar, Canelo, berto, Ortiz, Khan, Floyd, Hatton Canelo, Mosley, VS Pacquiao?

They are willing to give leeway in negotiations to get their fight made.

Ya and what leeway has Mayweather given to make the fight happen?
