This fight isn't a freakshow. It's a genuinely interesting matchup. Chisora impressed with Vitali, and we already know that Haye has talent. It makes for a potentially competitive heavyweight fight which is something we've been begging for.

FA cup competition wtf, Europa League level I would agree with.
It is no coincidence that most people who say "worst HW era ever" have never liked the Klitschkos.
Thompson - Wlad is still a legit world title fight and both athletes should get the respect they deserve, they earned it with hard work, not by loudmouthing on TV.
I did not criticize Haye or Chisora, I always said I want to see this fight, I agree with you that it will be an exciting bout because of the conference incident, but I find it ridiculous that some people here claim that this fight will have more people interested than the Wlad fight, USA, Germany and Eastern Europe will all have big interest in this fight. Not Wlad's fault anyway that his opponent is again Thompson.
David and Dereck both lost their last fight against a Klitschko as we all remember.

Wlad vs Peter I was such a fight, too. Why? Because they gave him actually a chance of beating him, same with Haye. Think about it.
Don't start with the world does not want him, jealousy is one of the reasons, his dominance another.

Deluded Hayelord, a lot of Haye fans realized after the Wlad fight that he cannot back up his words, others just need more time I guess. You would watch Haye masturbate we got it.

Wlad vs Peter was nowhere near as big as Wlad vs. Haye.

Wlad and Haye both earned career high 22 million with that fight.

Seriously you can see it in every boxing message board. Also in the boxing gyms people talk about Haye vs. Chisora not Thompson vs. Klitchko. People are far more interested in that bout because it’s simply more exiting match.

What I don’t understand is why you are so offended by it.

    Ok Saku you're right.

Wlad vs Thompson II is like Ali vs Frazier I. The anticipation for this fight is through the roof.

Fair enough, but I have seen a lot of people here who claimed Haye was the reason for the big interest which is stupid, it is always two fighters who draw the interest.

You forgot Haye - Audley. What a massive fight that was

Let's face it folks. Haye vs Chisora is a fight that is of interest in the UK, nowhere else. It's not even a title fight. At best it may be considered as an eliminator because the winner will probably have a date with a K brother down the line.

Having said that I think its a good fight. The winner (Haye most likely) will get some momentum and TV interest from the UK for a fight vs. Vitali or Wlad. That's what we need. Genuine interest in a new fight after he comes off a win instead of a one year break after a lopsided loss.

I am not offended, I just stated that people want to have exciting fights because of the show outside the ring, which is like WWE, also Haye vs Chisora is more competitive while Wlad vs Thompson is a 99.9% victory for Wlad in most people's eyes.

When have I said its like Ali vs Frazier? Is Haye vs Chisora like Ali vs Frazier for you then?

Yeah well those are probably reason why people talk about it but it’s all good.
I think that styles could clash well and it could be exiting in the ring too.

Also I wouldn’t count out Thompson completely. His height and reach allowed him to land on Wlad last time and there is always change with Wlad that his chin will fail him. Of course it probably won’t happen but it’s more possible than in Mormeck match for example
