Now I know you're lying. Pacquiao put it in there, sent the contract to Mayweather, mayweather said ok, we'll also take drug tests.

    Pac ran.

The only counter offers were cut offs. Why do you need a cut off for testing that is only done for 3 months?

    There IS a God

If Pac can get past Bradley, and i'm assuming marquez IV for november :-( hopefully he can get past that without controversy, then maybe the big fight next may? You say he might retire but I just think he'll at least want to fulfill his son's request to fight Floyd and besides he'll only be 34, floyd err 36 lol

or you know what maybe Arum might try to cash out in november since he knows if pac doesn't extend Arum gets zero :deal

It is still random within a certain period or up to a certain date. Same with Floyd's proposal, but the difference only is, his is up to the date of the fight. In other words, they only differ in the duration of the period where random testing is to be conducted.

The only question is whether Pac' proposal before would give him the opportunity to cheat considering the continuing random urine testing after the cut off date and blood testing after the fight. If it does (not an expert really), then it can be argued that big part of the blame can be put on him.

If you want OSDT, then make it all-year testing, and no one likes that. Which means this drug testing scheme is just for show. Because at the end of the day, NSAC-required DT still is the best option.

summarily, DT was not the issue because urine tests are sufficient for a fighter to get caught if he ever had one. the hindrance to the DT was the blood test.

ffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccccckkkkkkkk have you been here 2009?

So if this drug testing scheme was so useless, why did Team Pac need 1001 excuses to avoid it?

Honestly I think Arum has been ready to cash Pac out since the Marquez fight. Which is why he is allowing Pac to finally take all tests.

But arum dropped the ball on that because since 2010 Mayweather has established himself as a ****ing cash cow, and it sucks for everyone else wanting to fight him

You can ask me about the negotiation, but asking me about his excuses is out of my ****ing business.

    You're still here?

Well when you can answer why it's OK for Pac to ask for stipulations without precedence, but NOT OK for Floyd to do so, come back at me.
