i agree except hearn's stamina gives floyd a small chance if he gets into later rounds(over 15)

I love Floyd's style but I cannot imagine what he would do with Hearns' jab. I cannot imagine what he would do when a faded ODLH kept him honest for seven rounds or whatever it was with the jab. And this jab would be followed with a friggin missle. Even Cotto had some good jabbing work against Mayweather. Cotto's got an excellent jab but this is a guy with T-Rex arms for crying out loud. The only way Hearns doesn't win by knockout is if he bets on himself to win by decision.

Two much unwarranted respect being dealt out to Floyd IMO.

I think floyd's career to date certainly warrants pause for thought when considering the possibility of him being knocked out.

    Each to their own though.

Hearns would knock him out. I can't think of another fighter who is a worse match up for Floyd in just about every single aspect. I'd be pretty confident of the KO.

Floyd would never sign to fight Hearns in the first place. Never.

    Hearns by ownage.

Probably the worst matchup for Mayweather. The Hitman could actually toy with Floyd. Just the dimensions of Hearns along with his great hand speed.

Mayweather would have to pay a serious toll to get inside. I dont think he would do it. On the outsid he just gets picked apart.

Everybody knows that Floyd Mayweather has a great shoulder roll away from a conventional righthand. :nono He can try to roll with Tommy Hearns right if he wants but this is going to be a new experiance for him. Too fast, too exploisve and too much range on that right.

Hearns by Stoppage in 7 rounds Uncle Roger Throws in the towel to save his nephew from devastation.

Pause for thought when matching him up with the likes of Hearns.
