I'm not mad, but what you are sayin has NOTHING to do with my original thread. You're talking about Pacquaio this, Pacquaio that. I don't give a **** about Pacquaio. This isn't a thread about how you wanna spend $200 for a PPV. I don't care about that ****. That has nothing to do with my original topic. Now, if you want to chime in with who YOU think presents Floyd the most challenges...go ahead and do that. That's what this thread is about. Not how you want to spend your entire pay check and give it to Floyd. That's YOU. That's not ME. And that's not THIS THREAD.
I think they'll split 100 million...Oscar and Floyd split 79 million in the biggest fight thus far...I think 100 million is a fair and safe number to say what they'll split.:good
Can you show me where I said I'd spend $200? :think Yea I didn't think so. I did get off topic, not gonna lie...but none the less, you got all mad about the purse split. As to your thread... Angulo-joke of a fight..unranked and would be thoroughly dominated by Floyd. Floyd would be able to hit Angulo at will and stop him on accumulation if he didn't just shut him out 12-0... Martinez-Most competitive fight out there for Floyd. Martinez is bigger and almost as fast, plus he hit's harder. I favor Floyd over Martinez at 154, but I think Floyd would wanna do this at 160 for a fairwell fight, and 7th weight division title. Something nobody has done w/out catchweights. Floyd would have to dig down deep to get the win at 160 and I'd call it even. Pacquiao-Easy fight for Floyd based on styles. Pacquiao does everything you should not do against Floyd. He also has a very short jab which is something that is proven to be needed if your going to contend with FMM...Pac's jab is weak and is not very long..Floyd could pull counter over this all night, and eventually handcuff Manny. Lara-Not ready IMO....good quality fighter...strong with good speed..beat the **** out of a very weak Hearns...struggled with Molina...Floyd may have to dig deep but based on quality of opposition and skills, Floyd UD. Williams, LMFAO, the same Williams who got beat by Carlos Quintana in 12 rounds? :rofl The one who got outboxed by Quintana when PW was undefeated..the one who is very easy to hit? Floyd by stoppage late.
it depends, if each side will just take 50% of the gross of which would likely be worth more than 20mil. ...or each fighter will take a large guaranteed money to which the profit after guaranteed money and promotional cost are taken out could be less than 20mil for each side. (in addition to their guaranteed purse.)
exactly, thus why most do wanna see the fight.:good It would be the first time Floyd's skills would be offset by a mix of another fighters athletic ability and size.
Just to be clear Pac would get 40mil guaranteed out of that 100mil. Mayweather would get what ever his guarantee would be say 50mil. And they would split the rest of the money (say 10mil) through %? If 50-50 then they would both pull 5mil each on top of the guarantees? In this senario giving Mayweather 55mil and Pac 45mil?
No he isn't..Martinez is the "viewed" champ at 160..Miguel Cotto WAS the #1 fighter at 154 and Canelo is #2. There is no champ at 154...Floyd is now the #1 guy at 154 and 147.
Sorry concrete, this is Diamond's thread and he does not want to talk about purse splits as he was owned with all that:rofl.....:good Good post though. btw Pac would make double his career high payday in this scenario, while Floyd would only make what he made for Miguel.
