Ward is very impressive, I don't know who could beat him at the moment.

Dawson is a handfull for anybody from SMW to LHW.

Ward has been on the sidelines for a while now, ring rust might play a big part in this fight imo. Ward may need a tune up

Ward will absolutley box the bark off Chad Dawson . Is this being fought at a 170lbs catch weight ? Dawson could get down to 168 I guess but would lack pop hanging around there .

Would love to see Wales's Nathan Cleverly get his arse going and in the mix with these guys , he fought hundreds of rounds sparring with Joe and Enzo and with a decent trainer in a few years could become a real champ. . IMO he should fight Brehmar to qualify as a proper champ.

If it's at 175 then I would favour Ward by a small margin. Under 175 Ward should be a favourite.

If Dawson shows up mentally I think he wins a close decision. Don't forget what he did to Ademak when he was still a pup. Genuine 50/50 fight.

Ward fought at 175 as an amateur and that's where both him and Bute are heading, just do it there where they will both be more comfortable.

i think dawson is being under estimated, ward is an incredibly good boxer but so is bad chad, his biggest problem is his tendency to take time off in rounds, talent wise he is definitely on a par with ward. Excellent fight imo

Ward is far more mentally strong imo.
