    I heard Shot Mike was between 280-300lbs at the start of his training camps from 2001-05. :verysad

    :huh He's already a puncher, Pete. I would say Helenius and Arreola are the biggest punchers in Ring's top ten heavies.

    Not if he starts sniffing them to get off the eating method. :err

    Arreola is a good guy and a hard puncher with a great chin. He's gonna give Wlad a hard test.
    I'm sure he was kidding about Tyson as his new coach because Arreola his happy with his guys although he is a big Tyson fan and Tyson has said in the past that "Arreola is a good fighter but needs to improve his defense."
