Maybe OK I guess, but Wach is extremely unproven. That said, if he's willing to step up and the more proven prospects aren't, then it's a fight that at least makes some sense.

 

It would have been Dimitrenko had he found a way to beat Pulev. Oh well, he's gotta fight someone. Mitchell aint ready, Helenius is hurt. Pulev is still green. Haye is fighting DelBoy. Fury is changing his style. Potvetkin is fighting Rahman.

Grant and Wach should set up a fight for the right, but oh well, what can you do.

 

Who is he? Why are they giving him a chance he isn't even ranked in the top 10?


If there aren't any decent contender available you should probably don't fight. No one wants this fight. Don't really get the brother some times.

Valuev would have beaten Wach and I'd also put Chisora ahead of Wach, obviously Haye still has to get the win there though.

Vitali-Wach isn't a fight to get excited about but if he's a stay busy sort of fight for Vitali and he turns around and faces someone like Haye at the end of the year than no problem.
