Pacqiao's contract with Top Rank Promoter Arum ends at the end of this year.

I honestly believe if Pac leaves, the Mayweather fight would happen no problem, just like the Cotto and Delahoya fights happened no problem.

What do you think? Has Arum screwed Pac around long enough?

Arum and Goldenboy make all these fighters money

Arum has done well for Pac

    why would he leave ?

That would be like Mayweather dropping Golden boy taking a huge risk and actually promote himself.

Neither will happen if either guy has brains !

If he leaves then there is no excuse not to go 50/50 then they can both retire win lose or draw after that fight.

It'll either be a one year extension, or retirement.

He'll leave when it's almost time to be retired. emmanuel has tried to contact Floyd 2-3 times on his own to talk about the fight. Once he leaves he can no longer use the old man as bullet shield for his duckery of Mayweather. emmanuel will find himself in a similar situation to Mosley regarding a Mayweather fight. Both ducked Floyd years before the fights are made and their stock was high. By the time emmanuel fights Floyd he'll be desperate and really need him forcing him into unfavorable circumstances like Shane.

Brian Kenny: "Are you locked in a promotional deal with Golden Boy and how much do you pay?"

Floyd: "Don't axe about my personal business - I dont ask if you and your wife have a pre nup"

Brian Kenny: "Eh - this is your professional business Floyd"
