    Either way, floyd cannot be ranked with these guys until he steps in the ring with his biggest rival... just like JCC & Pea did in `93.

    25 years only takes you to 1987, you still get Tyson`s peak in there so your argument is still the same more or less... I agree that Tyson was the best HW of the last 25 years but on a p4p basis I don`t think he was better than Whitaker or Chavez.

    Whitaker beat Chavez, I think we can agree on that but making him look foolish is a bit of an exaggeration, plus he was closer to his best at the time & at a weight that suited Pea better.... thats a different fight both at their peaks at 135, thats a toss-up.... either way, losing to Whitaker doesn`t mean you don`t belong beside him in the top 2 of the last 25 years now does it ?

    How does welterweight suit Pea better? If anything it suits Chavez better since he is a more physical fighter. Whitaker is just the better fighter so he is able to compete at the higher weights.

    Whitaker, Jones, and Hopkins do it for me.
