I figure I'd put it in dumb limey terms so you'd be better equipt to realize it.

Roy is still even in here, even with all of the ******* votes. :D

Who told you this BS? Boxnation? My god.

That's like me saying..well why didn't Pac fight Freitas, Raheem, Guzman, or Casamayor or Barrios! They were all calling for the fight!

    Pacquiao>Jones Jr. (Resume wise)

Jones missed a couple of marquee fights on his resume that you know for a fact he kicks himself over every day of his life. Unfortunate for him.

    Win or lose...
    G-Man
    Julian Jackson
    Eubanks
    Benn Ect....
Would have looked great on the resume.

RJJ best wins in terms of opponents accomplishments before and after. Toney, B-Hop, Hill, Mccallum, R. Johnson, Woods/Gonzalez, Tarver, and Ruiz (Hatton Equivalent, both dirty as hell).

Their resumes are comparable. 2 of my favorite fighters

An important point that gets missed and I think is biased is that people (Pacquiao detractors) discredit the DLH win due to draining and hooking himself up to an IV, and yet Jones' best win in Toney had the same circumstances.

No, Oscar was shot to **** and Pac's trainer knew this. Plus he was old and had his eye broke one fight before.

What about Toney? How old was he? What was his rank, etc?

It was still enough to keep him the favorite among the majority of experts prior to the fight. I'm not sure on the odds for Jones-Toney but it was considered Jones' first "real" test, which is why I considered their compatibility (situationally)

rjj easily. pac is being progressively exposed. when you think about it, his biggest wins all have asterisks on them. talent wise, it's not even close. pac's like an amateur it's an insult to rjj.

Jones was fighting the #1 P4P in the sport.
Pacquiao was fighting a huge moneymaker, unranked, in a business deal at welter.

    There really is no comparison.

Yes there is, they both upset the odds. The majority were picking Oscar to win that fight and people are only saying otherwise in hindsight.

The odds were only 2-1 for Oscar because of size. It wasn't that big of an upset for those paying attention.
