If thats what it is. They can come up with a number of reasons and excuses to vacate if he doesnt want the fight. Hope it gets signed

It's a 50/50 fight imo, Sergio is leagues above Chavez talent wise, but Jr. is one big, tough mfer and will have the judges on his side. His style is also difficult for Sergio.

Macklin was able to change his style up for the Martinez fight. Chavez Jr. has only one style. Martinez seemed perhaps a bit confused with a different Macklin then they had prepared for. Yet he still seemed content to cruise and pot shot from the outside until the bogus knock down. Then he got mad, changed gears, wore his man down and knocked him out. That said, a 180lb middleweight Chavez Jr. will take a while to wear down. He better do more then pot shot and cruise to a decision. Don't tempt those judges.

I think Jr is too big, too strong, and too relentless for Sergio at this point...dude is getting old.

chavez is pretty sick, starting to liek him lately, way better than hype job bum ass alvarez. Rubio, Lee, Martinez 3 solid fights in a row way better than alvarez

I doubt it. Sergio is his mandatory and in no position to force the issue.

You're trippin' Canelo is way better than Chavez, better resume and he doesn't need to cheat people on the weight scale and avoid drug testing

60-40 for Junior, that is joke from Top Rank Inc. No matter what, I will eat my heat with salt, pepper and on the grill if Junior gets inside and steals the decsiion.

Chavez might very well defeat Sergio, we better prepare psychologically for that

Sergio is going to get what he wants a young Lion.
    (watch out old man....)

The Lee fight is just a formality, Jr. Will stop him.
