All this bollox about Khan needing a 147 tune up before Mayweather is nonsense.

Khan said on fight night he was 147 for Peterson
Peterson was 154 I believe on fight night (certainly 150+)

Floyd normally fights around 147, & I don't think he would have ever weighed more than 154 on a WW fight night.

In summary, **** the tune up!

Please correct me if I'm wrong

If Kahn fights Mayweather this year, he's gonna lose regardless... he needs to fight Alexander instead....

Mayweather > Maidana, McCloskey and a roided PeDerson....

Mayweather vs Martinez is best fight to be made

There's a difference between weighing 147 on fight night and fighting in the 147 weight division lol

i'd rather see martinez fight golovkin, pirog and geale. any mayweather - martinez fight will be meaningless with all the playing around they'll have to do with weight.

All weight divisions are screwed up with weigh ins taking place almost 48 hours before a fight. 147 lb division now means guys coming in at 155. If he needs tune up he should have it, I'd like them fight. I just hope tune up is not way to stall.

Shaw me a prove please for his last 4 fights. If he walks around 147 he was going to make the weight for Marquez. I think that especially in the Mosley fight he was over 150

You are wrong. Khan fought at junior welterweight. Not Welterweight meaning he weighed 140 at the weigh in.

So yes you are totally wrong.
147 on fight night does not mean he has fought at Welterweight.

If he fought at ww odds are he would not be 147 come fight night.

    Stop clutching at straws.

Rehydrating to a weight on fight night is not the same as training through camp with that weight in mind for the night before.

    The abuse was unnessasery.

I'm talking in respect of Khan fighting Mayweather.....

When Khan stepped into the ring against Peterson, Lamont was about 154. I don't think Floyd weighs anymore then that on fight night.

All I'm saying is, fighting someone at 147 & above is not alien to Khan.

    :blood Can't tell if serious...

For the TS, Victor Ortiz comes into the ring weighing about 164lbs, so really he should just go and fight Andre Ward, shouldn't he?
