so how do you know the date that deed poll become invalid and the date linc changed his real name? that would mean u know the date linc was released from prison and you claim to not be associated or know him? haha i think you are the one who is attempting deflection because the main point here is that an honest, trustworthy and honorable person as linc makes out to be would not change their name to hide their past, i havent seen you dissagree with this, only pointing out a minor error i made with the name of the org that is responsible for name changes. its on the verge of picking out a spelling mistake to evade and become elusive in not discussing the relevant FACTs. ive made nothing up and ive not slagged anyone who i wouldnt slag off to their face.
i dont really want to disclose that info, its upto linc if he wants to disclose what he was charged and convicted for however it is public knowledge and if you apply for a freedom of information application and use his real name you can obtain the information, a police check on his real name will also disclose time spent and what the convictions were for.
