Another great pay-per-view by Mayweather Promotions :D

The fans know when they tune in they will get action, drama, excitement, a very competitive main event and undercard, and will always go away happy, with something to talk about.

Not to mention, the precedent being set in promoting clean athletes in the sport of boxing.

1.5 million is a great number for them and for us the fans, as it shows the public are receptive and will have tuned out at the end of the Card feeling great about what they have just watched.

Boxing is the winner here by a clean KO!

    :happy:happy:happy

Who cares about Marquez I and II, why dont we bring Baldomir into the equation to then

Manny v Marquez 3 did bigger numbers than Mayweather v Marquez

As well as beating Ortiz's numbers, dont tell me about Marquez drawing power when has he been the A and headlined his own PPV?
Pacquiao's numbers have been huge, I expect less against Bradley considering Manny's crap performance last time and bradley not being a big name the fight might only do 850-900k
this might massage Floyds ego and we will never see a 50-50 split

Mayweather Pac most likely will never happen, Mayweather I think will fight Khan in the fall

Yes. they like to ignore that. if this fight was the same price, it'd be the equivalent to like selling 1.7-1.8 million

Find me a link where someone besides Arum speculates that 1.4 million.
Arum sayd Cotto-Margarito could do 600K and Pacquiao-Marquez could reach 1.4. He never said those were the actual numbers.

They've been increasing their revenue lately by pricing things higher. Floyd-Ortiz for example grossed more rev than Floyd-Mosley despite doing 150,000 less PPVs
