And Mayweather praying or at least expecting Manny to age while he fights these guys, actually like he did against Hoya, Mosley, Cotto... Wait they gonna rule the first fight a no-contest when he was caught in March and the first fight was in December?

Khan does not, he is a skinny 10 stone weakling, Mayweather is to clever for Khan and it only be until fight night than Khan realises what hes got himself into.

Time is on Khan's side here.

It would depend very much on when the fight takes place.

    Right now, Floyd wins.

Six years from now, Khan wins.

Can't say where the transition line is.

I'd be surprised if Mayweather doesn't retire next year.

Roach is rubbing off on him. Roach loves to brag about this type of stuff because to many people are in the fog of love with their fighters.

Roach looks at what a fighter is right now and not what he was (like so many). And if you want to see what he is talking about...all you have to do is watch a few fights of Floyd from 130-140 and then right after compare them with his fights at 147, specifically in the past few fights or so. You can do this with any fighter. Youtube is a wonderful tool.

At least he is honest about it.

AGE IS A REAL ***** FOR AN ATHLETE.

The other thing about an "Older" fighter is that "some" start to gas out quicker. And "some" start to think about coasting, surviving, and even quitting when in a real tough fight against a younger foe.

You may also start to over-train because your body is no longer its young energetic self.

Your legs start to go. Your speed starts to go. Your stamina can decline causing you to throw less. Your flexibility and agility declines. You basically just get old.

    Aging Sucks for an Athlete.

    But the Money Doesn't.

So save up and get out before you get to old.

I think Roach is mightily happy that Floyd has declined.

I could only imagine what he would say in the sit-down. "Your old; your legs aren't there; your hands are brittle; your hittable...this will be your last fight"

From a fans stand-point, I think it is a more compelling and competitive fight at this stage.

lol they can say whatever they want. All Floyd needs to say is who needs a gift against a 40 year old lightweight

    I didn't say Floyd wouldn't have a comeback.

The **** talking from both sides would be great.
