Well, to be honest, Barrera-Morales 1 is IMO the greatest 122 fight ever.

    That is the defining line.

The sequel sucked, the 3rd made up for it.

And Pac-JMM is a consistent action pack brawl from 1st to 3rd however none comes close to the action of the fight mentioned above.

Both great, Morales vs Barrera 1 and 3 are Classic wars, and Marquez vs Pacquiao 1 and 2 are also Classic battles, but Pac vs JMM 3 and Morales vs Barrera 2 are not bad at all, great tactical battles.

JMM vs Pac 1 and 2 have rounds just as great as the best rounds in Morales vs Barrera 1, the action in both fights is very close to that Morales vs Barrera 1 fight, what makes that fight so great is the amount of action, and great exchanges.

Personally, my favorite among this round robin was Pac/Morales....all out action in all three fights. Even at that third, totally outgunned...Morales didn't back down.

Is this a joke or what, Barrera-Morales is the beggining of all the love for fights under 135 pounds.

    Barrera Morales...

PAC each rematch wanted to wait for JMM to age... it failed in the span of 8 years...

Yeah I read you man, it's just that I myself is still awed by Morales-Barrera 1 even after watching it several times over.

Barrera-Morales but I believe that it's closer than people are generally making out in this thread. Three great fights. Just not satisfying. Marquez didn't win one of them?
