I am not even going to consider where the fights is gonna take place but supposing in The Staples Center, Los Angeles, please not that Pat Russel again. Bring on Kenny Bayless or Tony Weeks. Cortez is getting old and Smoger older. Mercante Jr is from NYC, East Coast! Remember the Lewis-Holyfield I fight and the Cotto-Judah fight in MSG?

watched fight 1 again and Ortiz butted a lot and never got threatened for a deduction

plus all considering how he butted the **** outta Floyd we need a ref who can keep order but not ruin the fight

to be honest im not sure, thats a lot to ask for

a ref in with a guy who butts like ortiz and holds like berto will have a hard time addressing these issues and at the same time not disturbing the ebb and flow of the fight

If it was up to me i'd have Bayless or Smoger doing all the big fights.

Do you think Jack Reiss handled Ward-Kessler well -- allowing 'em to fight-it-out inside? Or does it need someone who'll separate 'em quicker?
