Kellerman pressured Tim with questions regarding "feeling pac's power." I don't understand why he didn't do the same with Pac? He should have told Pacquiao "I don't need your prayers. God has already blessed me with this beautiful BODY. These guns."

Pacquiao is not the same who destroyed ( your words) Cotto and I think that we can all agree that that is what you think. Why should I agree if he fought Margo, broke his eye bone and let him in a state that Cotto took most advantage in stopping him and avenging his loss? Mosley, Margo are/were somehow shot for two different reasons I agree even though Margo came with a mssive weight advantage and took a monstrous beating but Hatton was ready and was destroyed ( my words). Why was not Hatton good as Bradley is now, Ricky was a two time LWW Champion after winning against Tszyu and beating both JLC and Urango b4 the Mayweather fight. He struggled with Lazcano sure but he stopped Paulie like Khan did and that set up the fight with Manny at 140 pounds. Give me a fair and reasonable explanation why was Hatton not good as Tim is now, and please let the Mayweather or the Collazo fights apart cause Tim never fought at 147 pounds either. Tim is about the same height, comes head first and throws a lot of looping punches and his speed/ punching power is underrated like Hatton was ( 32 KOs in 45 wins). Don't tell me that Tim has more willpower than Hatton had... Explain if you have the patience and the peace of mind(?) Roch may make bold predictions like against Margo but he said nothing and that in itself says nothing but self-confidence, why r you aiming at him? An all time great and a sick person who trains bunches of fighters? R u nervous???
Bradley is unbeaten, so he has that confidence, he doesn't know how to lose. Hatton had been taught to lose by Mayweather and knocked out, so he knew he could be beaten, at that has a massive psycological effect on fighters. History is littered with Boxers who were never the same after their first loss. Hatton was wobbled against Lazcano, showing signs that his chin wasn't as good as it once way. Yes he decisioned Paulie, but Malignaggi couldn't crack an egg and was going through his own mini crisis with Buddy McGirt. That was the worst version of Paulie that I've ever seen. It was a show case fight for Hatton to bring his name and army of fans into a super fight with either DLH or Pacquaio. Roach said nothing in the 30 second preview clip, I'm sure that when the full face off and 24/7's come out, he'll have something to say. I was saying that Pacquaio isn't the same Pacquaio who beat Cotto, he's aged. He's not as dynamic as he was, and has lost some explosiveness in his legs, which are his greatest offensive and defensive tools.
same here, forgot about those, that's why had to double check to see if roach was really in all of them
I never seen the Cotto one before. Funny he says Morales was his hardest but during the faceoff for Marquez he said Marquez was hardest:huh
It was Larry Merchant for the Tony Tucker-Mike Tyson fight who said " Unbeaten fighters don't know that they can be beat and that's how Tucker fought tonight" but somebody's 0 must go or was not that the famous Michael buffer announcement for so many fights like RJJ-James Toney and was that a close fight just b'cause they were unbeaten and known characters in high profile boxing? Hatton came at full steam and strength like the great warrior he was and he didn't have time to think as he missed his trademark left hook and got caught at lightspeed by a counter right to hit the deck, survived the second knckdown in the opening round and even with Floyd Sr in his corner, he was flat and out like anyone would from that punch, include Timothy if he was there and back then. and please don't tell me anything about hatton's defense cause timothy also hit the deck early against Holt as he squared himself up. Sure Paulie was not in the best shape or mindset you say but still he fights on and wins good and against above average fighters. So if Khan beat him in round 11, why couldn't Hatton be motivated with that win? Foget about cracking eggs b'cause that is not the case for Pacquiao or Hatton and we r not talking about an upcoming fight with Paulie. I hope he says something and maybe he's gonna make that "bold prediction" too but that's what trainers are for and Joel Diaz is no exception. He knows how to speak in english, this former fighter, brother of Julio and Antonio Diaz. Actually i like the Diaz/Bradley partnership. Let me see, after he beat Cotto in November 2009, he still won every round against Clottey in March 2010 and who had won the IBF title against Zab, busted up a one dimensional Margo who surely came after a long layoff and the suspension in November 2010 and we all saw what effects that fight had on Margarito's career. Manny was the first to knockdown Shane after Forrest (RIP) and won another shutout in May 2011 and had that close win against JMM at a contracted 144 pounds weight in Nov 2011... So I believe you r all based on the JMM's fight to say that Pac is not the same or is that a wish?
The reward is having a vast majority of boxing fans, commentators, and fellow boxers recognize the fact you out-boxed the #1 ranked fighter in the world against all odds. That beats getting knocked out and ridiculed on a foolish gamble any day, I think.
It's not a wish, I'm not a Bradley fan. I'm just giving an opinion. It's a general opinion that Pacquaio has aged as a fighter since he beat Miguel Cotto.
Did you notice Bradley was shaking like Freddy Roach to egg Pacquiao on? I don't think this was scripted. I think Pacquiao was genuinely annoyed.
I just think he doesnt care about the sport as much now. Bradley may have a real chance here. Maybe thats what Arum wants, for Bradley to win?
