Currently finishing up: ...a hellish four-rounder between unbeaten lightweight novices Ulises Soriano and Gabriel Pineda. Someono's 0 has got to go!! They are both swinging furiously, trying to make sure it isn't theirs!!
Brutal, brutal pace from what I caught of the last round and a half of 2-0 Soriano vs. 1-0 Pineda. All give and take. If it was fought that way all throughout, I'd hate to be a judge. It would be tempting to just give all 10-10 rounds and have it a 40-40 draw.
Big round of applause from the crowd for both men. Even Lupe Contreras was crowing over them, and called it a FOTY contender.

Woodland California, make some noise if YOU. ARE. READY!!!!!!!! This content is protected I don't know why, but I think Lupe Contreras would be a lounge/wedding singer if he wasn't a boxing ring announcer.
